Like his predecessors, Japanese Ambassador Shigekazu Sato agreed to be speaking at the Rotary Club of Bangkok in November. This time around, he might sing! FYI: H.E. Sato is fluent in Thai, English and Chinese. [Of course, he speaks Nihon go!]

A world popular Nihon no uta by Sakamoto Kyu was the only Japanese song sung at the function after the AGM of Thai-Japan Association. While other Japanese and Thais chose to sing English songs, Japanese Ambassador Shigekazu Sato and I sang 'Sukiyaki'
