Rotary Club of Bangkok Foundation: Meeting to amend the charter of the foundation that has been around for 23 years.

The Bangkok Rotary Club Foundation would start, again, to qualify a tax-exempt status, so donors could thereafter enjoy the tax reduction from the donation they make through the foundation.
